Job Description:

We are looking for a Logistics Executive with hands-on experience in managing the logistics of fresh and frozen food shipments. The ideal candidate will coordinate imports and ensure timely and cost-effective transportation and storage, maintaining strict compliance with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee inbound logistics operations.

  • Manage relationships with freight forwarders, transporters, and cold storage facilities.

  • Ensure timely clearance and delivery of fresh and frozen food consignments.

  • Maintain accurate records of shipping documents, customs clearance, and inventory.

  • Resolve logistics issues quickly to avoid spoilage and delays.

  • Work closely with procurement, warehouse, and quality control teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Qatar in logistics operations, preferably in food import.

Skills Required:

  • Knowledge of cold chain logistics and import regulations.

  • Strong planning and organizational skills.

  • Familiarity with Qatari customs clearance procedures.

  • Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office.

  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
