Job Description:
A reputed AC and Refrigeration Spare Parts Company in Qatar is urgently seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee the daily operations, drive sales, manage inventory, and expand the company’s market share. This is a strategic leadership role requiring a strong background in the HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning) and refrigeration industry, especially in spare parts trading.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage overall operations of the AC/Ref spare parts division.

Develop and execute sales strategies to boost revenue and customer base.

Manage vendor and supplier relationships to ensure availability and cost-efficiency of parts.

Oversee warehouse and inventory management.

Monitor industry trends and implement best practices.

Recruit, train, and supervise team members.

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.

Ensure excellent customer service delivery across all departments.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.

Minimum 10 years of Gulf experience in AC/Ref spare parts, preferably in a managerial or senior role.
