Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Customer Service Executive to join our freight forwarding operations team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in freight pricing, logistics operations, and customs clearance across air, sea, and land modes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with customers to provide freight forwarding solutions (Air, Sea & Land).

  • Prepare and share quotations/pricing for international shipments.

  • Track shipments and provide timely updates to clients.

  • Handle end-to-end shipment documentation and customs clearance.

  • Liaise with airlines, shipping lines, and transport agents.

  • Solve customer queries and ensure high-quality service delivery.

  • Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree preferred.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in freight forwarding and customs clearance.


Skills Required:

  • Knowledge of international freight forwarding procedures (Air, Sea, and Land).

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.

  • Knowledge of pricing strategies and shipment documentation.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

  • Ability to multitask and manage client expectations efficiently.

  • Fluent in English (Arabic is an added advantage).
