We are seeking a proactive and experienced Customer Service Executive to join our freight forwarding operations team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in freight pricing, logistics operations, and customs clearance across air, sea, and land modes.
Coordinate with customers to provide freight forwarding solutions (Air, Sea & Land).
Prepare and share quotations/pricing for international shipments.
Track shipments and provide timely updates to clients.
Handle end-to-end shipment documentation and customs clearance.
Liaise with airlines, shipping lines, and transport agents.
Solve customer queries and ensure high-quality service delivery.
Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.
Minimum High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Minimum 1 year of experience in freight forwarding and customs clearance.
Knowledge of international freight forwarding procedures (Air, Sea, and Land).
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Knowledge of pricing strategies and shipment documentation.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and manage client expectations efficiently.
Fluent in English (Arabic is an added advantage).
