Job Description:
Manage and oversee all aspects of Human Resources and Administration functions across the company’s construction and Oil & Gas operations.
Responsibilities:
Lead HR planning, staffing, compensation, and employee relations
Oversee policy development and implementation
Manage administrative operations
Align HR strategies with business goals
Qualifications:
MBA in Human Resources preferred
Minimum 12 years’ experience in HR & Admin roles, preferably in Oil & Gas/construction
Skills:
Leadership and organizational skills
In-depth knowledge of labor laws
Excellent communication and problem-solving
Candidates must be available to join immediately
Must have relevant Oil & Gas or EPC experience (preferred)
