Safety Officer – NEBOSH Certified (Oil & Gas Sector)

📌 Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified Safety Officer with a minimum of 3–5 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry in any GCC country. The candidate must be NEBOSH IGC certified and capable of enforcing health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards on-site.

🎯 Responsibilities:

  • Implement and monitor HSE policies and procedures

  • Conduct daily site inspections and safety audits

  • Report unsafe acts, conditions, and incidents

  • Ensure compliance with local and international HSE regulations

  • Deliver safety inductions and toolbox talks to staff

  • Maintain records of safety inspections, permits, and training

  • Liaise with authorities and participate in safety meetings

✅ Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Engineering or relevant field

  • NEBOSH IGC certification is mandatory

  • Minimum 3–5 years of Oil & Gas HSE experience in GCC countries

🛠️ Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and risk assessment techniques

  • Good communication and leadership skills

  • Ability to work under pressure in high-risk environments

  • Incident investigation and reporting
