Provide administrative and clerical support to the Riyadh office and project teams, ensuring smooth office operations and communication.
Manage correspondence, filing, and document control.
Schedule meetings and manage calendars.
Assist in report preparation and office coordination.
Support HR and finance documentation processes.
Diploma or Bachelor's in Business Administration or related field.
Proven experience in administrative support roles.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Good communication and organizational skills.
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
