We are urgently hiring Arabic-speaking Sales Engineers to support the expansion of our fire and safety systems division in Qatar. The candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, providing technical solutions, and achieving sales targets.
Identify and target new business opportunities within the fire safety sector.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products to clients.
Meet with clients to assess their fire protection needs and recommend solutions.
Collaborate with the technical team to propose system designs and BOQs.
Follow up on quotations, negotiations, and project execution.
Attend site visits and client meetings.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Fire Safety preferred).
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in fire & safety systems.
Valid Qatar Driving License is an advantage.
Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Knowledge of fire alarm, fire fighting, and suppression systems.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
