Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Optometrist to join our growing eye care team. The ideal candidate must possess a valid MOPH (Ministry of Public Health) license and have strong clinical knowledge in eye examinations, vision correction, and patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive eye exams using advanced diagnostic equipment.

  • Prescribe eyeglasses and contact lenses and advise on visual health.

  • Detect and manage ocular diseases and refer patients for specialized care as needed.

  • Educate patients on eye health, hygiene, and care of corrective lenses.

  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with MOPH regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Optometry or equivalent.

  • Valid MOPH License to practice in Qatar is mandatory.

  • Minimum 2-3 years of clinical experience is preferred.

Required Skills:

  • Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills.

  • Proficiency in using optometric and diagnostic instruments.

  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).

  • Compassionate and patient-centered approach.

  • Attention to detail and adherence to professional ethics.
