Job Description:

A reputed retail business in Doha specializing in car accessories is looking for a female staff member with a strong background in both accounting and online marketing. The ideal candidate should be experienced in managing financial records as well as digital marketing activities, including social media and e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting:

  • Maintain daily financial records and handle basic bookkeeping.

  • Prepare invoices, manage petty cash, and assist with month-end closings.

  • Assist in bank reconciliations and preparation of financial reports.

Online Marketing:

  • Manage the company’s online presence, including social media platforms.

  • Run promotions, product listings, and engage with potential customers online.

  • Coordinate with designers and sales teams to optimize digital campaigns.

  • Monitor analytics and suggest improvements for online reach and sales.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Commerce, Accounting, Marketing, or related field.

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting and digital marketing.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

  • Experience in using accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks).
