Job Description:

The school is looking for qualified and experienced IT Support Staff to maintain and ensure smooth operation of the school's digital systems, infrastructure, and IT services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day IT support for staff and students.

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.

• Maintain and manage school ERP systems, databases, and internal platforms.

• Monitor and ensure the integrity and security of digital infrastructure.

• Coordinate with IT vendors for regular maintenance and upgrades.

• Assist in implementing and supporting e-learning platforms and digital classroom tools.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar IT support role, preferably in an educational institution.

Required Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of Windows and Mac OS systems.

• Proficient in managing networks (LAN/WAN), firewalls, and servers.

• Experience with school ERP and database systems.

• Ability to manage technical documentation and system logs.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Other Requirements:
