Job Description:

A reputed company in Doha is urgently hiring a Maintenance Supervisor who can oversee all facility maintenance operations. The ideal candidate should be well-experienced in managing technical teams and possess a valid manual driving license.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities and technical staff.

  • Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance work for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems.

  • Schedule regular inspections and prepare maintenance reports.

  • Ensure all tools and equipment are used safely and maintained properly.

  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests from other departments or tenants.

  • Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies.

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety policies.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineering or relevant technical field.

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role in Qatar or GCC.

  • Valid manual driving license is mandatory.

  • Transferable visa with NOC preferred.

Required Skills:

  • Strong leadership and coordination skills.

  • Technical troubleshooting knowledge.

  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities.

  • Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
