Job Description:

A reputed firm in Qatar is seeking a qualified and experienced Accounting-Marketing Executive to join their team. The role is ideal for someone who is confident in handling marketing tasks while supporting basic accounting duties. The candidate must have a strong background in sales or marketing and preferably experience within the Qatari market.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the company's services and increase client acquisition.

  • Identify potential customers and generate new business leads.

  • Prepare and present sales proposals to clients.

  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.

  • Conduct market research and stay updated with trends and competitor activities.

  • Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and networking events.

Accounting Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and sales data.

  • Maintain records of marketing expenses and ensure alignment with budgets.

  • Coordinate with the finance department for documentation and invoice processing.

  • Track and manage payments and customer accounts when needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in marketing or sales (Qatar experience preferred).

  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles is required.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong marketing and negotiation abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

  • Knowledge of the Qatari market and cultural awareness.

Other Requirements:

  • Indian nationals only.

  • NOC is mandatory.

  • Qatar Driving License preferred.

  • Must be currently residing in Qatar and available for an in-person interview.
