Noorco Steel, a market leader in Aluminium system solutions, is looking to hire an experienced Sales Engineer with a strong background in aluminium products. The role involves managing client relationships, providing technical consultation, and closing sales with a focus on delivering tailored aluminium system solutions.
Promote and sell aluminium systems and products to clients, consultants, and contractors.
Understand client requirements and offer suitable product solutions using technical knowledge.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and project-specific drawings using AutoCAD.
Conduct site visits and client meetings to assess needs and deliver presentations.
Maintain and grow a portfolio of client accounts to achieve sales targets.
Coordinate with design, production, and logistics teams for smooth project execution.
Track project progress and maintain regular follow-up with clients and project stakeholders.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market needs.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales of aluminium products or façade systems.
Must be proficient in AutoCAD for technical drawings and client proposals.
Valid QID and available in Qatar for a local transfer.
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Arabic.
Technical aptitude and problem-solving capabilities.
Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
