Job Description:
We are looking for an energetic and experienced Sales Executive to drive sales for MEP systems, Facility Services, and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC). The ideal candidate must have a good understanding of the local market and prior experience handling corporate clients within the GCC.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and convert them into successful sales.
Promote MEP-related services and AMCs to potential clients.
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
Prepare and deliver appropriate sales presentations.
Negotiate and close deals, handle objections, and follow up on client requirements.
Achieve sales targets as per company goals.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer data.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field.
2 to 5 years of proven GCC experience in sales related to MEP and AMC.
Skills:
Strong selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build productive business relationships.
Familiarity with sales techniques and reporting tools.
Goal-oriented and capable of working under pressure.
Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
Other Requirements:
Valid QID with transferable visa.
Local candidates currently in Qatar preferred.
Immediate joiners encouraged.
