Job Description:
We are currently hiring an experienced and driven Sales Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will focus on generating leads and securing sales for MEP systems, Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), and Facility Management Services. This role requires a strong technical background and experience in the GCC market.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within MEP systems and facility services.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations to explain products or services to clients.
Establish client requirements and recommend solutions that meet their needs.
Manage proposal submissions, quotations, and contract negotiations.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of awarded projects.
Maintain strong, long-term client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
2 to 5 years of GCC experience in technical sales, particularly in MEP, AMC, and facility services.
Skills:
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong understanding of MEP systems and building services.
Technical acumen with the ability to translate client needs into solutions.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Other Requirements:
Must hold a valid QID with a transferable visa.
Must be based in Qatar and ready to join immediately.
