Job Description:
A reputed printing company in Qatar is urgently hiring experienced and motivated Sales Officers to join their expanding team. The ideal candidate will be energetic, result-driven, and passionate about sales, with proven experience in the printing industry. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy building client relationships, closing deals, and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively identify and target potential clients in the printing and advertising market.

  • Promote and sell a wide range of printing services and solutions to businesses and organizations.

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.

  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and pricing.

  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure quality and timely delivery of services.

  • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.

  • Attend industry-related exhibitions, meetings, and networking events when required.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in sales within the printing industry.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Strong sales and customer service orientation.

  • Ability to identify market opportunities and drive results independently.

  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and well-groomed personality.

  • Familiarity with printing services, processes, and pricing structures.

  • Proficient in English (Arabic is a plus).

Other Requirements:

  • Must be Male, energetic, and result-oriented.

  • Must possess a valid Qatar or GCC Driving License.

  • Must be currently based in Qatar and available for immediate joining.
