Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Fleet Administrator to manage vehicle operations and support administrative tasks related to fleet coordination. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining vehicle records, coordinating repairs and maintenance, and ensuring fleet compliance with local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate records of fleet inventory, usage, maintenance schedules, and fuel consumption.

  • Schedule routine servicing, repairs, and inspections to ensure operational readiness.

  • Monitor vehicle insurance, registration renewals, and roadworthiness.

  • Coordinate with suppliers, garages, and insurance providers.

  • Prepare regular reports on fleet status and performance metrics.

  • Ensure compliance with local transport and safety regulations.

  • Track and monitor vehicle tracking systems (GPS) for usage and route optimization.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transport Management, or related field.

  • 3–5 years of experience in fleet or vehicle administration.

  • Knowledge of local transportation laws and regulations.

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.

  • Proficient in MS Excel and fleet management software.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

  • Valid NOC is mandatory.
