Job Description:
We are looking for a results-driven E-Commerce Executive with hands-on experience managing e-commerce operations. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day platform management, order processing, customer engagement, and assisting with online sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage product listings, pricing, and inventory updates.

  • Process online orders, returns, and refunds efficiently.

  • Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams for order fulfillment.

  • Resolve customer queries through chat, email, or call.

  • Track KPIs, sales, and campaign performance.

  • Assist in planning and execution of online sales and promotions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in e-commerce platform operations.

Skills:

  • Familiarity with major e-commerce platforms.

  • Customer service orientation and good communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools is a plus.
