Job Description:
We are looking for a results-driven E-Commerce Executive with hands-on experience managing e-commerce operations. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day platform management, order processing, customer engagement, and assisting with online sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage product listings, pricing, and inventory updates.
Process online orders, returns, and refunds efficiently.
Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams for order fulfillment.
Resolve customer queries through chat, email, or call.
Track KPIs, sales, and campaign performance.
Assist in planning and execution of online sales and promotions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in e-commerce platform operations.
Skills:
Familiarity with major e-commerce platforms.
Customer service orientation and good communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools is a plus.
