HSE OFFICER

Job Description

We are hiring an experienced HSE Officer with NEBOSH certification to implement and oversee health and safety practices on project sites. Minimum 4 years of experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company policies

  • Conduct site inspections and risk assessments

  • Organize safety trainings and toolbox talks

  • Investigate and report incidents and near misses

  • Maintain safety records and prepare reports for management

  • Promote a strong safety culture among all staff and subcontractors

Qualifications

  • NEBOSH International General Certificate (Mandatory)

  • Minimum 4 years of relevant HSE experience

  • Diploma or Degree in a relevant field is a plus

  • Valid certifications in First Aid/Fire Safety preferred

Skills

  • Excellent knowledge of local HSE regulations

  • Strong communication and reporting skills

  • Good leadership and teamwork abilities

  • Ability to identify and mitigate risks proactively
