Job Description

SSS Qatar is seeking qualified Lifeguards to ensure the safety of swimmers and poolside visitors. Applicants must have a valid Lifeguard License issued in Qatar and be ready to join immediately with a valid NOC.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor swimming areas and supervise all pool users

• Respond promptly to emergencies and perform lifesaving procedures

• Enforce all pool rules and safety regulations

• Provide first aid when necessary

• Conduct daily safety checks of swimming area and equipment

Qualifications

• Valid Qatar Lifeguard License

• Certification in CPR and First Aid (preferred)

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role

Required Skills

• Strong swimming skills and physical fitness

• High alertness and ability to act quickly under pressure

• Excellent observation and communication skills

• Professional conduct and customer service mindset

• Knowledge of pool safety and rescue procedures
