Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced BIM Coordinator with over 12 years of expertise in managing Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes across large-scale construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure effective coordination among design, engineering, and construction teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead BIM coordination meetings and clash detection sessions

  • Develop and manage BIM execution plans

  • Collaborate with design and construction teams to ensure accurate model development

  • Review and audit 3D models for consistency and quality

  • Implement and maintain project BIM standards

  • Generate reports, 4D sequencing, and visual presentations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field

  • Minimum 12 years of experience in BIM coordination

  • Certification in BIM tools is preferred

Required Skills

  • Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360

  • Deep understanding of BIM workflows and construction documentation

  • Strong communication and coordination skills

  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
