Al Firza Trading, a prominent distributor in the construction and building materials sector in Qatar, is seeking a skilled Business Development Executive with strong experience in wholesale building material trading. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, expanding the client base, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
Develop and execute strategic plans to grow business in the wholesale building material segment.
Identify and connect with traders and contractors across Qatar to build strong business relationships.
Conduct market research to understand competitive landscape and identify potential clients.
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate terms, and follow up with clients.
Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and market activity.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth supply and delivery of materials.
Bachelorβs Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in wholesale building material trading in Qatar.
Proven track record of B2B sales performance and client acquisition.
Valid Qatar Driving License is mandatory.
Candidates must hold a valid QID and be available for immediate transfer (NOC required).
Strong knowledge of building material products and market trends.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Ability to develop and sustain client relationships.
Proficiency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
