📝 Job Description:
A reputed company in Qatar is urgently looking for QatarEnergy-Approved HSE Officers to join their team immediately. The HSE Officer will be responsible for overseeing workplace safety, ensuring compliance with QatarEnergy and international standards, and promoting a culture of health and safety on-site.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures in compliance with local and international standards.

Conduct daily site inspections and risk assessments.

Monitor and report on unsafe practices and conditions.

Lead toolbox talks and safety training sessions.
-
Investigate and document incidents, near misses, and accidents.

Coordinate with project management teams to ensure all safety measures are followed.

Maintain and update safety documentation and reports.
-
Liaise with QatarEnergy representatives and comply with their HSE protocols and expectations.
🎓 Qualifications & Certifications:

QatarEnergy HSE Approval – Mandatory
-
Diploma/Degree in a relevant discipline (Engineering, Occupational Health, or Safety)

NEBOSH IGC or equivalent international HSE certification

Minimum of 3–5 years of HSE experience, preferably in Oil & Gas or heavy construction sectors

Familiarity with QCS and Qatar HSE regulations

Strong understanding of safety regulations and risk management

Excellent communication and reporting skills

Ability to lead safety meetings and conduct trainings

Detail-oriented with strong observation skills

Proficient in MS Office and HSE documentation tools
