Al Anees Group, a well-known and reputed company in Qatar, is urgently hiring experienced Outdoor Sales Executives to handle B2B sales operations for Ooredoo business services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, maintaining strong client relationships, and meeting sales targets through strategic outdoor field efforts.
Promote and sell Ooredoo B2B telecom products and services to businesses across Qatar.
Conduct regular field visits to meet clients, understand their telecom needs, and propose suitable packages.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Achieve and exceed sales targets through active lead generation and customer follow-up.
Provide post-sales support and handle any customer queries or escalations.
Submit daily reports to sales managers on customer feedback, pipeline status, and market intelligence.
Collaborate with internal teams to process customer requests and ensure timely service activation.
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of proven outdoor sales experience in Qatar, preferably in the telecom industry.
Valid Qatar Driving License is mandatory.
Must possess a valid NOC for transfer of sponsorship.
Strong knowledge of Ooredoo B2B services or telecom solutions (preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Target-driven with a go-getter attitude.
Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good negotiation and customer engagement skills.
Tech-savvy with basic computer proficiency for CRM and reporting tools.
