📝 Job Description:

A leading construction company in Qatar is urgently seeking a highly experienced Project Manager – Civil with a specialization in roads and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate must possess excellent leadership capabilities, in-depth technical knowledge, and a proven track record of managing large-scale infrastructure works in Qatar.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all aspects of road and infrastructure projects from initiation to completion.

  • Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget.

  • Review engineering designs, technical drawings, and project plans.

  • Supervise site teams, subcontractors, and ensure adherence to quality, health, and safety standards.

  • Monitor project progress, conduct site inspections, and resolve any on-site issues.

  • Oversee procurement schedules and resource allocation.

  • Prepare project reports and provide updates to senior management.

  • Ensure compliance with Qatari regulations and authority requirements (Ashghal, Kahramaa, etc.).

🎓 Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (BE) in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.

  • UPDA Certified (A Grade) – Mandatory.

  • Minimum of 20 years of experience in managing roads and infrastructure projects, preferably in the GCC region.

  • Valid Qatar Driving License – Mandatory.

  • Must be available for immediate joining.

💼 Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong leadership and project management abilities.

  • Deep knowledge of roadworks, drainage systems, utilities, and infrastructure construction.

  • Proficient in project management tools (Primavera, MS Project, AutoCAD, etc.).

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams and complex schedules.

  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
