📝 Job Description:

Podar Pearl School is looking to hire a dynamic Junior or Senior Accountant to join the finance department. The candidate must have a strong understanding of accounting principles, analytical reporting, and be able to work in a fast-paced academic environment.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations including AP, AR, journal entries, and reconciliations.

  • Prepare financial reports and assist in audits.

  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.

  • Handle payroll, invoicing, and student fee-related accounting.

  • Provide timely and accurate financial insights to support management decisions.

  • Coordinate with internal departments for financial queries.

🎓 Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in Commerce (M.Com) or equivalent.

  • Proven experience in accounting, preferably in the education sector or similar service industry.
