We are a well-established ready-mix concrete company in Qatar, currently seeking a high-performing Sales Executive with in-depth experience and strong market presence in the local ready-mix industry. This is an immediate vacancy, and only candidates who meet all criteria will be shortlisted.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and project owners in the construction sector.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within the Qatar market.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to clients.
Negotiate contracts and pricing in alignment with company policies.
Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
Provide after-sales support and resolve client concerns promptly.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Currently employed in a sales position within a ready-mix concrete company in Qatar.
Minimum 3 years of direct experience in sales of ready-mix concrete.
Must hold a Qatar Light Vehicle Driving License.
NOC required for job transfer; immediate availability is essential.
Age limit: Below 35 years.
Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
Strong network and client base in the Qatar construction market.
In-depth understanding of ready-mix concrete products and solutions.
Proficient in MS Office and other basic business tools.
Goal-oriented with a proactive sales approach and negotiation skills.
Salary: Negotiable based on experience and current market value.
