📋 Job Description

A leading infrastructure development company in Qatar is urgently hiring a Project Manager (Civil) to lead and supervise large-scale roads and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate must possess deep technical knowledge, hands-on experience in civil project execution, and a valid Qatar driving license.

✅ Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the execution of civil engineering projects, specifically roads and infrastructure development.

  • Supervise project teams, subcontractors, and field engineers to ensure quality and timely project delivery.

  • Coordinate with consultants, clients, and regulatory authorities.

  • Monitor budgets, timelines, resources, and risk assessments.

  • Review and validate engineering designs, drawings, and site implementation plans.

  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, health and safety standards, and environmental guidelines.

  • Prepare periodic reports on progress, cost control, and resource allocation.

  • Lead client meetings, technical presentations, and stakeholder discussions.

🎓 Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (BE) in Civil Engineering.

  • Must hold a valid UPDA (Urban Planning and Development Authority) A Grade Certificate in Qatar.

  • Minimum of 20 years of experience in managing roads and infrastructure projects.

  • Possession of a valid Qatar Driving License is mandatory.

  • Preference for candidates with local Qatar/GCC experience.

💼 Key Skills

  • Strong project management and leadership skills.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.

  • Proficient in project planning software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.

  • In-depth knowledge of Qatar’s civil engineering codes, regulations, and specifications.

  • Ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams under tight deadlines.
