📋 Job Description

We are looking for a confident and experienced Head Waitress to lead our front-of-house team and ensure an exceptional guest experience in a fine-dining setting.

✅ Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support service staff on the floor

  • Train and onboard new waitstaff

  • Greet and seat customers, ensuring warm and professional service

  • Manage reservations and table arrangements

  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly

  • Work closely with kitchen and management to maintain smooth service flow

  • Ensure cleanliness and compliance with food service standards

🎓 Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a casual or fine-dining restaurant

  • Proven track record in customer service and team supervision

  • Must have a valid QID, NOC, and Food Handling Certificate

  • Good command of English; additional languages are a plus

  • Pleasant personality with a guest-first attitude
