📋 Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Chef with expertise in authentic Italian cuisine. The ideal candidate will have a strong culinary background and leadership experience in hospitality or fine dining establishments.

✅ Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present a wide variety of Italian dishes (pasta, risotto, pizza, etc.)

  • Create seasonal and signature menus

  • Oversee kitchen operations and manage junior chefs and kitchen staff

  • Ensure food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards

  • Maintain kitchen inventory, cost control, and supplier relations

  • Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations

🎓 Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Chef specializing in Italian cuisine

  • Culinary degree or relevant training preferred

  • Background in hotellerie or fine dining is a strong advantage

  • Must hold a valid QID, NOC, and Food Handling Certificate

  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
