📋 Job Description

We are seeking experienced Van Salesmen with a strong background in the bakery or FMCG sector. Candidates must have excellent sales skills and be capable of managing daily deliveries, building client relationships, and expanding the route network.

✅ Key Responsibilities

  • Drive company van to deliver bakery products to retail outlets, supermarkets, and clients

  • Ensure proper stock handling, timely delivery, and rotation of products

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships

  • Promote new products and upsell to increase revenue

  • Collect payments and issue receipts

  • Maintain vehicle cleanliness and basic maintenance

  • Report daily sales and inventory to the sales supervisor

🎓 Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in bakery sales or FMCG sector

  • Valid Qatar Medium Driving License

  • Transferable QID

  • Ability to communicate effectively in English (Arabic is a plus)

  • Must be physically fit and presentable

  • Age limit: Below 40 preferred

💼 Skills

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills

  • Knowledge of Qatar’s retail routes and customer base

  • Basic accounting for handling cash and invoicing

  • Customer service orientation
