📋 Job Description

We are urgently hiring Parotta Makers with proven experience in preparing authentic and consistent-quality parottas in large volumes. Candidates should be skilled in dough kneading, stretching, layering, and cooking parottas to perfection.

✅ Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare various types of parottas (Malabar, Kerala-style, etc.) based on company recipes

  • Ensure hygiene and consistency in food preparation

  • Control portion sizes and reduce food waste

  • Maintain cleanliness in the food preparation area

  • Cooperate with kitchen and production staff

  • Work in a high-volume production environment

🎓 Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Parotta Maker in a commercial kitchen or bakery

  • Familiarity with different dough textures and preparation methods

  • Physically fit to handle long working hours

  • Must have Transferable QID

  • Immediate availability to join
