📋 Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Manager to lead our Calibration Laboratory. This role involves managing lab operations, ensuring compliance with ISO standards, and providing technical direction to the calibration team.

✅ Responsibilities

• Oversee technical operations of the calibration laboratory

• Ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 and quality management systems

• Supervise and mentor calibration technicians and engineers

• Manage client relationships and develop new service offerings

• Approve calibration methods and maintain technical documentation

• Liaise with accreditation bodies for audits and assessments

🎓 Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instrumentation, Metrology, or Engineering

• Minimum 5–8 years experience in calibration lab, including leadership role

• Prior experience in ISO/IEC 17025-accredited laboratory

• Transferable visa and NOC are mandatory
