📋 Job Description

We are urgently seeking a Welding Inspector (BGAS Certified) to perform inspections, reviews, and ensure the quality of welding works on ongoing projects.

✅ Responsibilities

  • Inspect and verify welding processes, materials, and joint preparations.

  • Interpret radiographic and NDT test results.

  • Document weld maps, inspection logs, and maintain quality control reports.

  • Ensure compliance with WPS, PQR, and project-specific standards.

  • Liaise with QA/QC, construction, and third-party teams.

🎓 Qualifications

  • BGAS Level 2 / CSWIP certification is a must.

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in welding inspection (preferably in Oil & Gas or heavy industry).

  • Diploma or degree in Mechanical or Welding Engineering.

🛠️ Skills

  • In-depth knowledge of codes (ASME, AWS, ISO).

  • Experience with SMAW, GTAW, MIG/MAG welding methods.

  • Report writing and documentation.

  • Proficiency in inspection tools and visual inspections.
