Job Title: Architect / Civil Engineer

📝 Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Architect / Civil Engineer to join our construction and MEP project team, ensuring efficient planning, designing, and execution of civil and architectural works.

✅ Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural and structural designs as per project specifications.

• Coordinate with MEP and structural teams for integrated designs.

• Monitor project execution to ensure adherence to design and safety standards.

• Supervise contractors and site activities.

• Review shop drawings, material submittals, and prepare BOQs.

• Ensure compliance with local building codes and QCS regulations.

🎓 Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering

• 4–5 years of experience in the Gulf region in the same role

• UPDA certification preferred

• Valid Qatar Driving License and transferable visa/NOC required

💼 Skills Required

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office, and project management tools

• Excellent knowledge of construction drawings and detailing

• Strong communication and site supervision skills

• Fluent in English
