Job Description:
A reputable Trading & Contracting Company in Qatar is seeking dynamic and experienced Sales and Marketing Professionals to join their growing team. The ideal candidate must have a strong track record of over 5 years in the Oil & Gas sector and/or Steel Structures field. The role demands individuals with in-depth industry expertise, strong networking capabilities, and a strategic mindset to expand the company’s market presence and revenue streams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to target key clients in the Oil & Gas and steel structures sectors.

  • Identify new business opportunities and convert them into long-term partnerships.

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and expand the customer base.

  • Work closely with the technical team to ensure project specifications align with client requirements.

  • Conduct market research and monitor industry trends to identify emerging opportunities.

  • Participate in negotiations, prepare proposals and contracts, and follow through to successful deal closure.

  • Represent the company in exhibitions, seminars, and industry events to boost brand presence.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of successful sales/marketing experience in the Oil & Gas sector or steel structures industry.

Key Skills:

  • Deep knowledge of the Oil & Gas and steel fabrication industries.
