A reputed company in Doha is seeking a qualified and experienced HR Cum Mandoub to manage human resources activities and handle all government-related documentation and procedures. The candidate must be bilingual, well-versed in Qatar labor laws, and experienced in dealing with ministries, legal entities, and official departments.
Handle all official and government relations tasks, including visa processing, renewals, and documentation.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Qatar Labor Law, company policies, and regulations.
Coordinate with PRO, government offices, and legal departments for employee documentation and compliance.
Manage WPS, payroll, compensation, and benefits records efficiently.
Draft and manage correspondence in both English and Arabic.
Support HR functions such as onboarding, employee relations, records management, and policy implementation.
Coordinate with departments for employee requests related to legal/government documentation.
Ensure timely and accurate submission of legal and HR-related paperwork.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
4 to 7 years of work experience in HR and Mandoub-related roles in the GCC, especially Qatar.
Knowledge of Qatar Labor Law is a must.
NOC (No Objection Certificate) is mandatory.
Valid Qatar Driving License is required.
Fluency in English and Arabic (both spoken and written).
Fast typing skills in both languages.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational, coordination, and documentation abilities.
Proactive problem-solving and decision-making skills.
