Job Description:

A reputed company in Doha is seeking a qualified and experienced HR Cum Mandoub to manage human resources activities and handle all government-related documentation and procedures. The candidate must be bilingual, well-versed in Qatar labor laws, and experienced in dealing with ministries, legal entities, and official departments.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all official and government relations tasks, including visa processing, renewals, and documentation.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Qatar Labor Law, company policies, and regulations.

  • Coordinate with PRO, government offices, and legal departments for employee documentation and compliance.

  • Manage WPS, payroll, compensation, and benefits records efficiently.

  • Draft and manage correspondence in both English and Arabic.

  • Support HR functions such as onboarding, employee relations, records management, and policy implementation.

  • Coordinate with departments for employee requests related to legal/government documentation.

  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of legal and HR-related paperwork.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 4 to 7 years of work experience in HR and Mandoub-related roles in the GCC, especially Qatar.

  • Knowledge of Qatar Labor Law is a must.

  • NOC (No Objection Certificate) is mandatory.

  • Valid Qatar Driving License is required.


Skills Required:

  • Fluency in English and Arabic (both spoken and written).

  • Fast typing skills in both languages.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Strong organizational, coordination, and documentation abilities.

  • Proactive problem-solving and decision-making skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

  • Able to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
