A well-reputed organization in Qatar is urgently seeking a professional female Admin Coordinator with a proven track record in administrative roles. The ideal candidate will be organized, efficient, and proactive in supporting various departments and ensuring smooth office operations.
Coordinate and manage daily administrative operations.
Handle internal and external communication including emails, memos, and scheduling.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and documentation.
Manage office supplies, facilities, and service providers.
Assist in organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and taking meeting minutes.
Support HR and finance departments in administrative tasks when needed.
Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information.
