Job Description:

A well-reputed organization in Qatar is urgently seeking a professional female Admin Coordinator with a proven track record in administrative roles. The ideal candidate will be organized, efficient, and proactive in supporting various departments and ensuring smooth office operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage daily administrative operations.

  • Handle internal and external communication including emails, memos, and scheduling.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and documentation.

  • Manage office supplies, facilities, and service providers.

  • Assist in organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and taking meeting minutes.

  • Support HR and finance departments in administrative tasks when needed.

  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information.

  • Track deadlines, follow-ups, and assist with reports and project coordination.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).

  • 3 to 5 years of proven experience in an administrative or coordination role.

  • Female candidates only (as per the hiring criteria).

  • Locally available in Qatar with a valid transferable visa/NOC.


Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
