We are urgently hiring an Area Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our sales initiatives in the Qatar market. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in promoting our mechanical engineering solutions, especially focusing on mechanical seals, pumps, compressors, and rotating equipment. Develop and execute sales strategies to promote products and achieve regional sales targets.
Identify new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with key clients, particularly in the Oil & Gas sector.
Lead, manage, and guide the sales team to ensure optimal performance.
Provide technical support and product demonstrations to clients when needed.
Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to refine strategies.
Prepare reports on sales performance, forecasts, and client feedback.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align goals.
Maintain detailed knowledge of products including mechanical seals, pumps, and compressors.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
Minimum 1–2 years of proven sales experience in Qatar, preferably within the Oil & Gas sector.
Familiarity with rotating equipment and mechanical seals is essential.
Experience in achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Prior experience in a team leadership or managerial role is preferred.
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
Knowledge of mechanical seals, rotating machinery, pumps, and compressors.
Strategic thinking and ability to work independently and in teams.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
