Job Description:

We are urgently hiring an Area Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our sales initiatives in the Qatar market. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in promoting our mechanical engineering solutions, especially focusing on mechanical seals, pumps, compressors, and rotating equipment. This is a great opportunity for professionals with strong technical knowledge and sales acumen to thrive in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to promote products and achieve regional sales targets.

  • Identify new business opportunities and build long-term relationships with key clients, particularly in the Oil & Gas sector.

  • Lead, manage, and guide the sales team to ensure optimal performance.

  • Provide technical support and product demonstrations to clients when needed.

  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to refine strategies.

  • Prepare reports on sales performance, forecasts, and client feedback.

  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align goals.

  • Maintain detailed knowledge of products including mechanical seals, pumps, and compressors.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).

  • Minimum 1–2 years of proven sales experience in Qatar, preferably within the Oil & Gas sector.

  • Familiarity with rotating equipment and mechanical seals is essential.

  • Experience in achieving or exceeding sales targets.

  • Prior experience in a team leadership or managerial role is preferred.


Skills Required:

  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).

  • Knowledge of mechanical seals, rotating machinery, pumps, and compressors.

  • Strategic thinking and ability to work independently and in teams.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
