Monthly Salary: QAR 30,000 – 35,000 (based on experience)

Job Description:
The company is seeking a highly experienced General Manager to lead and oversee operations across multiple industrial service sectors in Qatar. The role involves strategic planning, business development, team leadership, and client engagement, ensuring high standards of service delivery and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead company-wide operations and develop strategic plans to meet business goals.

  • Oversee budgeting, resource planning, and performance metrics.

  • Establish and maintain key client relationships across industries.

  • Drive operational improvements and cost efficiencies.

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

  • Monitor and support cross-functional teams across projects and sectors.

  • Represent the company in high-level negotiations, tenders, and partnership discussions.

  • Provide guidance to department heads and ensure alignment with corporate goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.

  • MBA or equivalent higher qualification is an added advantage.

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Qatar at a senior management level in industrial services.

Skills Required:

  • Proven leadership and team management abilities.

  • Strong business acumen and decision-making capabilities.

  • Deep knowledge of the industrial services landscape in Qatar.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.

  • Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.

  • Proficiency in business tools and reporting software.
