Monthly Salary: QAR 30,000 – 35,000 (based on experience)

Job Description:
The Operations Manager will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating day-to-day operations to ensure the efficient delivery of services across various industrial projects in Qatar. The role demands hands-on leadership with in-depth sector expertise and client-focused execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage operational activities and ensure project milestones are met.

• Supervise site teams and ensure high-quality service execution.

• Coordinate between departments to optimize workflows and resource usage.

• Liaise with clients to understand requirements and provide effective solutions.

• Implement performance monitoring systems and KPIs.

• Ensure all operations adhere to safety, health, and environmental standards.

• Identify operational risks and implement mitigation plans.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil Engineering or a related technical field.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Qatar with at least 5 years in an operations management role in relevant sectors.

Skills Required:

• Strong operational leadership and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent organizational and planning capabilities.

• Familiarity with Qatar’s industrial regulations and practices.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong interpersonal and team coordination skills.

• Proficient in MS Office and operations management software.
