Job Description:
The school is seeking a professional and courteous Front Desk Assistant to manage reception duties and office operations efficiently. The candidate should be able to interact with parents, visitors, and staff members while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist parents, students, and visitors at the front desk.
Manage incoming calls and respond to queries or redirect them appropriately.
Handle incoming/outgoing mail and courier services.
Maintain records and documents related to office administration.
Provide administrative support to the school management when required.
Monitor and maintain the reception area.
Qualifications:
Graduate degree in any discipline.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar front desk or administrative role, preferably in an educational setting.
Skills Required:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional demeanor with a positive attitude.
Ability to work under pressure and handle confidential matters.
