We are hiring a PRO/Admin Officer with prior experience working in or with health clinics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for public relations, governmental affairs, and general administration, especially in healthcare-related operations.
Handle government relations and official documentation processes (visas, licenses, permits, etc.)
Coordinate with health clinics and medical authorities for documentation and compliance
Maintain employee records and assist with onboarding and HR documentation
Manage day-to-day office administration and supplies
Support senior management with scheduling and correspondence
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, or related field
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in PRO/Admin roles
Prior experience working with health clinics is mandatory
Strong understanding of governmental procedures and healthcare regulations in Qatar
Excellent organizational and administrative skills
Fluent in English and Arabic (preferred)
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
