We are looking for a Female Administrative Assistant to provide support in office operations, documentation, and client coordination.
Handle phone calls, emails, and scheduling
Prepare and maintain office records, invoices, and reports
Assist in procurement and coordination tasks
Support HR and operations departments with clerical tasks
Greet and assist office visitors professionally
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in administration or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in an admin role
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication skills (English required)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
