📝 Job Description:

The company is urgently hiring an experienced Fitout Project Supervisor with over 8 years of relevant experience in interior fit-out, carpentry, and joinery works. The ideal candidate should have strong project management skills and the ability to lead multiple fit-out projects to successful completion.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage daily fitout operations on-site

  • Coordinate between subcontractors, suppliers, and design teams

  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards

  • Monitor material usage, site safety, and labor productivity

  • Interpret and implement technical drawings and specifications

  • Maintain site documentation, reports, and progress updates

  • Attend site meetings and coordinate with clients when necessary

🎓 Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in the interior fit-out industry

  • Strong knowledge of carpentry and joinery systems

🛠 Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills

  • Excellent communication and client-handling abilities

  • Sound understanding of materials, finishes, and fit-out methodologies

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and BOQs

  • Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD is an advantage

  • Knowledge of HSE practices and site safety regulations
