A well-established multi-trading company in Qatar is urgently hiring a Front Office cum Admin Assistant to manage reception duties, office coordination, and administrative support. Candidates with HR background will be given preference.
Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner
Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages
Maintain front office cleanliness and presentation
Handle office documentation, filing, and records management
Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars
Assist HR department with onboarding and documentation
Support general administrative and clerical tasks
Maintain confidentiality of office and HR information
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in front office or administrative roles
Prior HR experience or familiarity with HR processes is a strong advantage
Locally available in Qatar with a transferable visa and NOC
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English is a must; Arabic is a plus)
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Polite, presentable, and professional demeanor
Ability to work under pressure and handle sensitive information
