📝 Job Description:

A well-established multi-trading company in Qatar is urgently hiring a Front Office cum Admin Assistant to manage reception duties, office coordination, and administrative support. Candidates with HR background will be given preference.


🔑 Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages

  • Maintain front office cleanliness and presentation

  • Handle office documentation, filing, and records management

  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars

  • Assist HR department with onboarding and documentation

  • Support general administrative and clerical tasks

  • Maintain confidentiality of office and HR information


🎯 Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in front office or administrative roles

  • Prior HR experience or familiarity with HR processes is a strong advantage

  • Locally available in Qatar with a transferable visa and NOC


💼 Skills Required:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English is a must; Arabic is a plus)

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Polite, presentable, and professional demeanor

  • Ability to work under pressure and handle sensitive information
