Job Description:

We are looking for 2 Quantity Surveyors (QS) with a 4-year Civil Engineering degree and Qatar Certification. The QS will be responsible for cost estimation, contract management, and budgeting in construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review cost estimates for projects.
• Manage contracts and financial records.
• Conduct material quantity take-offs and cost analysis.
• Ensure cost efficiency and budget adherence.
• Coordinate with engineers, architects, and contractors.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (4 years).
• Qatar Certification is mandatory.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in quantity surveying.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in cost estimation software.
