Job Description:
Coordinate work order assignments using the CAFM system.
Responsibilities:
- Assign and track maintenance work orders.
- Communicate with technicians and field staff.
- Ensure timely resolution of service requests.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience in CAFM systems and facility management.
Additional Information:
- All technicians should have ITI/Trade certificates.
- Supervisors must have Diploma/Degree in related fields.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the relevant role.
- Experience in Facility Management & Services is preferred.
- Candidates should be available for immediate hiring or short notice.
