Job Description:

The Cost Control Engineer/Manager will oversee budget planning, financial reporting, and cost analysis to optimize project expenditures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor project budgets and expenses.
• Analyze financial data and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Prepare cost reports and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with cost control procedures.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in cost control.
• UPDA certification is mandatory.
• Gulf experience (5-20 years) is required.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in Arabic & English.
• Strong financial analysis and reporting skills.
• Expertise in cost control software and budgeting tools.
