Job Description:

The Contract Manager will be responsible for overseeing contractual agreements, ensuring compliance with project requirements, and mitigating risks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all contract-related activities.
• Negotiate contract terms with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with local and international contract laws.
• Analyze risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Maintain contract documentation and support dispute resolution.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in contract management.
• UPDA certification is mandatory.
• Gulf experience (5-20 years) is required.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in Arabic & English.
• Strong negotiation and legal analysis skills.
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving abilities.
